When will I be charged my monthly membership fee of $49.95?
You will be charged your monthly fee a month (every 30 days) from your sign up date. For example if you applied on April 12, your first monthly payment would be on May 12.
When will I be charged my monthly Back Office fee of $49.95?
As an active Advocate you will be charged your monthly fee a month (every 30 days) from your sign up date. NOTE: If you are a current member the monthly Back Office fee is reduced to $10. For example if you applied on April 12, your first monthly payment would be on May 12.
Can I start using the services right away?
Processing your application may take up to 72 hours for GHCNow. You will receive a welcome email from GHCNow and Medical Tourism Connection as soon as your application is processed. The OptumHealth Allies medical savings card can be purchased additionally to the GHCNow membership and takes 2 weeks to become active.
